A chic communal kitchen in the heart of the Kent countryside. This wonderful Oast house property has been freshly renovated into stylish offices, with a large open-plan kitchen on the ground floor for staff and client visits. Our modern cabinetry has been designed to keep the flecked terrazzo worktops clear and sleek, with under-counter sockets for working lunches and custom built-in tea trays that make carrying elevenses upstairs easier than ever.

Upstairs, the fit-out continues with built-in furniture for two private offices, a bold storage sideboard for the main communal workspace, and a kitchenette for the team, bringing the same considered design and clever storage to every floor of the building.

Communal Kitchen

​A chic, open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, built for staff lunches and client visits alike. Flecked terrazzo worktops stay clear and sleek thanks to clever under-counter storage, with sockets built in for working lunches and custom tea trays that make carrying elevenses upstairs effortless. Complete with a laundry room out the back.

The Offices

Upstairs, two private offices carry the same considered design into the working day. One is built for architectural practice, with wide, shallow drawers that keep large-format plans flat and protected, alongside a dedicated station for the wide-format printer. The other features similar dove grey cabinetry, with a hidden pull-out shelf for the shredder and open shelving for everyday stationery, all set against a warm tangerine wall. Different in character, both rooms share the same quiet sense of order, everything has its place, and nothing is left on show.

Main Office Storage Sideboard

A statement piece for the main office, built to be seen as well as used. Solid oak framing wraps a sequence of open cubbies and soft-close drawer fronts in a classic blue grey and bright chartreuse, a playful nod to the colours used elsewhere in the building. Sitting at the top of the original staircase in front of exposed brick, it offers generous mixed storage while doubling as the room's centrepiece.
